VinUniversity has established the following policy and procedures governing the initial appointment, reappointment, promotion, and subsequent long-term appointment of full-time faculty members. Initial, reappointment, promotion, and long-term appointments are separate processes.

The objective of this policy is to define VinUniversity’s appointment and promotion policy and provide more information on the criteria and applicable documents required for the evaluation and (re)appointment, as well as the related the remuneration, training, and promotion opportunities of VinUniversity faculty.
