Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for College and Department Leaders AY24-25

The KPI set for the Academic Year 2024-2025 consists of two parts: one developed by the President and Provost, and the other self-developed by the leaders.

  • The KPI set by the President and Provost is aligned with the Top Ten Goals and overall strategy, ensuring systematic focus, prioritization, and avoiding technical details. Importantly, it highlights individual contributions and the value leaders bring to the organization’s sustainability.
  • The self-developed KPI set by leaders currently somewhat resembles departmental KPIs hence, can be improved to enhance clarity on individual roles, focus, and systematic structure. If this KPI set conflicts with the expectations of University Leaders, the KPI set developed by University Leaders will take precedence
  • The leadership team is responsible for ensuring that the KPI registration is concise, essential, and aligned with overall objectives while overseeing progress tracking and performance evaluation as registered.
  • Any changes, if applicable, must be reported to the AVPA cum Head of TMO and officially updated accordingly.
