The Individual Goals & Targets for the Academic Year 2025-2026 consists of two parts: Strategic Goals and Operational Goals/Individual Goals.

  • Strategic Goals are aligned with the University’s Top Goals and overall strategy. They ensure focus and prioritization while emphasizing each leader’s individual contribution and the value they bring to achieving institutional objectives.
  • Operational/Individual Goals reflect college or departmental priorities, key actions, and specific personal performance targets.
  • Leaders are responsible for monitoring progress and ensuring performance evaluation is conducted as planned.
