Learning and Development Guidelines

The Learning and Development (L&D) guidelines aim to:

  • Build a strong learning culture and support VinUniversity to deliver the mission of becoming a University of Excellence
  • Ensure the various requirements from accreditation standards and University standards
  • Specify the minimum learning requirements for each position
  • Clarify roles and responsibilities of faculty and staff, supervisors, and HR Department in the implementation of learning and development programs and initiatives.
