An offboarding process is used to clarify the roles of stakeholders to ensure a respectful, transparent and thorough exit of the employee.

- Clarification: Clarify the roles of stakeholders involving in this process.
- Culture: Ensure the process reflect the culture of respect at the University.
- Connection: Helping former employee to maintain relationships and continue to contribute to VinUni after leaving the University.
