Offboarding Guidelines – Academic year 24-25

An offboarding process is used to clarify the roles of stakeholders to ensure a respectful, transparent and thorough exit of the employee.

There are 4 principles for this process at VinUni:

  • Compliance: Ensure the employee exit procedure complies with the regulations and policies of the University and related laws.
  • Clarification: Clarify the roles of stakeholders involving in this process.
  • Culture: Ensure the process reflect the culture of respect at the University.
  • Connection: Helping former employee to maintain relationships and continue to contribute to VinUni after leaving the University.
