• Must be kept spare key of shopping stall, office, area for rent (telecommunication, laundry, …)

• Ventilation system operates smoothly, have no electrical equipment include attomatt, electrical cabinets, switches, sockets in warehouse. Power resource supply for ventilation system located outside the warehouse.
• Fire alarm, auto fire extinguishing system, emergency lighting, portable fire extinguishers, warning signs are available.
• Goods, materials must be neat and placed on shelves, at least 40 cm away from the ceiling and not cover the M&E system.
• Chemicals with high risk of fire/explosion must be stored separately and have anti-spill pallet
• No arrange working office in the warehouse

• Do not burn incense, candles, fire, or smoke.
• Do not stock flammable, explosive, or prohibited substances

• The kitchen staff is trained in fire safety; the chef has a professional certificate in fire protection.

• The cabin has no abnormal noises, the handrails are firm, the lights and ventilation system are working properly.
• The automatic rescue system (board system, battery, or UPS unit) maintains stable operation in case of sudden power failure, automatically drifts to the nearest floor and opens the door.
• The elevator’s overspeed control system works stably, ensuring that when the elevator is in a free fall, the system automatically activates to help the cabin stick to the guide rail system.
• The engine does not leak oil, the electrical cabinet has no abnormal signs.
• The stroke limit switch at both ends of the elevator works well.
• Door safety sensor device works normally

• Have a firm support system for newly planted trees or tilted trees before the rainy season.
• Week trees or the risk of falling or rooting trees/ branches must be found and handled timely.

• Medical equipment and tools are adequate as a prescribed list.
• Available logbook to control medical equipment and tools.
• Planning and following the school health care & medical plan issued.

• Drainage system is clean, not clogged, or stagnant.
• Doors must be closed and not emit odors to the outside.
• Waste must be classified, separated in other trash bins/zone, and available warning signs.

• Working floors, scaffolding, railings, and ladders.. must ensure safety before working.

• Workers must have occupational safety cards for welding and metal cutting work and be equipped with proper PPE: eye protection, shoes,…
• Take measures to prevent welding, cutting sparks from splashing into the surrounding area
• Cover with fireproof material or move combustible materials such as carpet, wood, paper, gasoline, oil, paint, … far away from the welding cutting position.

• Worker who installs and repairs electrical equipment must have professional training and an occupational safety card for electrical work.
• Electric wire must be installed in cable trays or fire-resistant electrical pipes, connection points must use standard bridges and connectors.
• Electrical cabinets have warnings of electrical hazards and always locked when not in use.
• Electrical machines and equipment must use leak-resistant devices and must be grounded.
• Must disconnect, lock the power source and test, and ensure no power left before doing work.

• A person works with chemicals must have an occupational safety card for chemical work.
• Chemical storage must have safety warnings, instructions for handling incidents, equipment for emergency response (sand, rags, shovels, brooms, …), and proper personal protective equipment such as boots, glasses, gloves, masks, …).
• The ventilation system works well, the power source is connected outside of the warehouse
• Chemicals must have chemical labels in Vietnamese and English that show the hazardous properties of the chemicals and the requirements to ensure safety; hazardous chemicals must have a chemical safety data sheet (MSDS).
• Chemicals are stored on shelves, pallets, safely arranged, and liquid chemicals are always covered with lids.
• It is strictly forbidden to store chemicals in food and beverage container
